All orders placed before 3pm, we aim to deliver on our premium next day or standard 2-day delivery service.

Prices for all delivery services are shown in the table below and available to select on our payment page and apply to small-medium parcels up to 20kg under one consignment.

Orders over £150.00 ex VAT. are inclusive of free standard* delivery, nationwide within the UK.

Backordered Items: –

Unfortunately, we don’t always hold certain items in stock, these are still available to buy however, but may take longer to be delivered as these will be dispatched direct from our UK partners or manufacturers in Europe.

A member of our office team will be in touch to arrange a suitable delivery date and time and to also confirm your order.

Delivery times will be specified on our product and payment page for back-ordered items which are not currently in stock, for pumps & inverters this can be up to 2-3 weeks.

Orders over £150.00 net will be delivered FOC under 30kg, larger pumps or heavier pallets will incur a surcharge. You will be notified of this surcharge by a member of our time whilst your order is being processed.


How do I Track my order?

Tracking is available with most of our courier services. If you have provided a contact phone number or email address, you will be notified of delivery details prior to your delivery. You should also be able to access the status of your order if you have an account with us. Alternatively, you can call us directly or email us at or speak to a member of our team by calling us on: 01706 614793 to find an ETA or further delivery information, including proof of delivery


Click & Collect

Click and collect is available from our trade counter situated in our warehouse. Opening hours can be found on our website and also google.

Collections will be available to collect the next working day from day of order. This is service is FREE of charge.

Goods not collected within 21 days, will be restocked and a refund application will need to be made, subject to a restocking fee.

Click & Collect is not available in Isle of Man.


Damaged & Faulty Goods:

In the unfortunate circumstance, your goods may be broken, damaged, or faulty, please let us know as soon as possible. You have up until 30 days to let us know.

In our policy, we will also require photographs of the broken items to be sent to where a member of our team will be able to help and assist further.
